Order Tracking
When tracking becomes available after dispatch, we send it to the email address used at checkout. Carrier scans may take several business days to appear. If tracking has not updated for an extended period, contact us with your order number so we can review the available shipment information.

Returns and Refunds
Eligible return requests may be submitted within 30 days after delivery. Please request authorization before sending an item. We will provide the applicable instructions and authorized return location after reviewing the request. Once an approved return is received and inspected, an approved refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days; the payment provider may require additional posting time.
