These Terms of Service govern access to wumzev.com and purchases from Wumzev. Wumzev is a store brand operated by Zhumadian Kaijin Technology Co., Ltd., which is the merchant and contracting entity. By using the site, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

1. Eligibility and Site Use

You must have legal capacity to enter a contract in your jurisdiction or use the site with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. You may not use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or security-disrupting activity.

2. Products and Information

We sell decorative Halloween home products, including tabletop decor, apothecary-style bottles and jars, garlands and door decor. Product images help show design and use, but screen settings and production variations may affect appearance. Review the selected option, included pieces, dimensions, materials and intended use on the product page before ordering. Decorative bottles and jars are for display unless expressly stated otherwise.

3. Prices and Checkout

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless another currency is clearly displayed. Shipping charges, available delivery methods and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment. A bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion or other fees.

4. Orders

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline an order for legitimate reasons such as product availability, inaccurate information, suspected fraud or payment authorization failure. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt and does not by itself guarantee acceptance or dispatch.

5. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and are processed by third-party payment providers. You represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the information supplied is accurate.

6. Processing, Shipping and Delivery

Orders are normally processed in 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 7–14 business days. Available destinations, shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout. 7. Changes and Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate a request made before fulfillment begins, but cannot guarantee a change or cancellation after processing or dispatch.

8. Returns and Refunds

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Authorization is required before sending a return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection under our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

Site text, layout, graphics, logos and other materials are owned by us or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product names, brands or artwork belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners. No license is granted except the limited right to use the site for personal shopping.

10. Reviews, Feedback and Submissions

If you submit feedback or content, it must be truthful, lawful and must not infringe another person's rights. We may use voluntarily submitted feedback to operate and improve the service, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

The storefront is hosted by Shopify and may use independent payment, delivery, analytics, advertising and support providers. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices.

12. Accuracy and Availability

We work to keep information accurate and the site available, but errors or interruptions may occur. We may correct errors and make reasonable changes to products or site content. We do not use these terms to exclude obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Disclaimer and Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the site and products are provided subject to the express information shown at purchase and any mandatory warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, but nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

14. Governing Law and Consumer Rights

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply in their place of residence. Before starting formal proceedings, contact us so we can try to resolve the issue.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms for operational, legal or regulatory reasons. The updated date at the top identifies the current version. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
